DEVILED EGGS recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate before serving.
