Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions:
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
